During this initial meeting with your new home sales consultant you will find the perfect home plan and home site.
The pathway to new home ownership begins with an agreement to cover the cost of land development and building construction, usually by securing a construction loan through one of our preferred lenders.
This step involves choosing the main structural components of your new home that need to be identified early on for permitting and your personal Design Studio selections.
Our expert development team will visit and evaluate your home site and estimate the site development costs.
At this point, meet with one of our preferred lenders to put your financing together and obtain final unconditional loan approval.
With the help of one of our professional designers, you will select the items from our 5,000 SF Design Studio that makes the home uniquely yours.
At this point, all of your structural and personal selections are locked in and we prepare for the construction of your new home.
The pathway continues with the signing of a purchase agreement and other important documents. You and your sales consultant must sign all forms and attachments for the agreement to be binding.
Our in-house permitting department will finalize your structural choices and submit and obtain the building permit so we can begin construction on your home!
For us to start on your home you will first close on your lot and CP loan. You will meet with your escrow officer and sign your loan documents.
This is your opportunity to meet with the construction supervisor and learn about the process and timeline of building your new home.
Your home will officially start construction with site preparation and the pouring of the foundation.
As building continues, you are taken on a tour of the inner workings of your home. Bring a camera!
Once your new home is complete, we will demonstrate how to care for it and how your warranty will protect your investment.
Meet with our customer care representative for the final sign off of your new home and receipt of your keys.
One of our customer care representatives will check in with you to identify and correct any warranty issues discovered after you move in.
With this step, we plan a last check in of the home to address small issues and educate you on the remainder of your home’s warranty.
